Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bogdan Trach Studio. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing and handling time

All handcrafted limited edition prints are made-to-order and go through a rigorous quality control process. As a result, Bogdan Trach Studio will require approximately 10-15 business days from the order date to print, mount and frame your order prior to shipping.

Please allow additional 1-4 days in transit for delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to high order volume, inclement weather or any other reason, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Bogdan Trach Studio will ship all items via FedEx Ground. If you would like to make alternative shipping arrangements, please email us.

Delivery delays are uncommon, but may occasionally occur.

Shipment to P. O. Boxes

Bogdan Trach Studio ships only to addresses within the contiguous United States. Bogdan Trach Studio does not ship to P.O. Boxes. To make alternate shipping arrangements, please email us.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Bogdan Trach Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact Bogdan Trach Studio immediately. Please save all damaged goods and package contents. You will have an option of receiving either a replacement item or a full refund for the damaged item. We will require that all damaged goods and package contents be returned, prior to resolving the issue.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship to territories outside of the United States.
