The William Vale Hotel

55 Wythe Avenue | 112 N 12th Street

One of the first new hotels to rise in Northside Williamsburg and today it’s one of five in a three-block radius. Recognized by its distinctive exoskeletal concrete bracing (and to some, resembling a cruise ship), The William Vale offers much more than just a unique facade. The 183-key hotel boasts 2 elevated terraces, one with a pool for its guests, the other (situated right above a SuitSupply and Du’s Donuts cafe) hosts a public grassy terrace complete with a with vegetable garden and a Mister Dips food truck. The rooftop is home to Westlight – a cocktail bar and lounge with some of the best panoramic views of Manhattan. Its topmost roof terrace, can be reserved for weddings and special events. The William Vale was designed by Aldo Liberis and developed by Zelig Weiss / Riverside Developers.
